“Be Happy Live Your Life” this is the title of the talk that I offer as a registered speaker for the Leicestershire and Rutland Federation of Women’s Institutes. The title of my talk resonates so well the W.I ethos, Inspiring Women.
I am a member of Springbrook and Scraptoft W.I and really enjoy our meetings. I can confirm the W.I is not just Jam and Jerusalem there’s so much more to discover, including my own brand of Life Coaching.
Here’s a little taster of what I have to offer:
Coaching looks forward and does not focus on past mistakes;
I aim to get Women “unstuck” or in other words “out of rut”;
I encourage Women to think about their values and beliefs;
Explore what is important to them in their life;
Discover what makes them happy;
Above all else, raise their self-esteem.
I am delighted to say that I have been booked by several of the Leicstershire and Rutland W.I’s to give my talk in 2024/5.
